Sausage Dip
1. Fry the sausage in a skillet and then drain the excess grease. 2. Add the cream cheese and mix until melted. 3. Add the Rotel tomatoes, mix and simmer for about 5 minutes. 4. Pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Note: mix can be stored in the refrigerator after simmering and baked later. Or, may be baked, then stored in refrigerator and heated later for serving.
