Chinese Chicken Cabbage Salad

  • 1 head of cabbage--shredded
  • 1/4 cup sesame seed, toasted
  • 2 packages dry Ramen chicken noodle soup
  • 4-5 green onions
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar


1. In a LARGE bowl combine the cabbage, chicken, toasted sesame seeds, and the green onion. Crumble Ramen noodles over the salad.

2. For the dressing, mix together one Ramen seasoning packet with oil, vinegar and sugar (add salt and pepper to taste). Pour over the salad.

3. Cover the salad bowl with a tight fitting lid and shake well to mix all ingredients.
