Guliver's Corn

• 2 bags C & W tender petite corn
• 1 tsp salt
• 8 tbsp sugar
• pinch pepper
• 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 4 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp flour

In a medium pan on the stove top combine all ingredients and heat on medium, stirring occasionally.
