Orange Julius

• 6 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate
• 3/4 cup milk
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg white or 3 tablespoons egg substitute
• 2 cups ice

1. Combine all of the ingredients except ice in a blender and blend on high speed for 15 - 30 seconds or until the sugar is dessolved.

2. Add the ice and blend for another 10 - 15 sconds or until the ice is crushed and smooth.

Makes 2 16-ounce drinks.
