Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
1. Rinse mushrooms and remove stems. Finely chop stems and reserve. Place caps into a baking dish. 2. Melt margarine and mix with stem pieces, onion and bread together with remaining ingredients. 3. Stuff into mushroom caps. 4. Bake uncovered 15 - 20 min in preheated 425 degree oven. |
