Stuffed Beef Rolls
1. Heat oven to 375
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, salt and pepper; mix well.
3. In small bowl, combine all stuffing ingredients; set aside.
4. Divide ground beefmixture into 6 portion and press into 4-inch squares; top with 2 tblsp stuffing and spread to within 1/2 inch of edges. Roll jelly-roll fashion. Seal seams and ends.
5. Place seam side down in a 12 x 8 inch (2 quart) dish.
6. Bake for 20 min.
