Crock Pot Chicken Taco Meat
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- Add the chicken broth and taco seasoning to the crock pot. Mix until the taco seasoning is dissolved.
- Add the chicken breasts.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once the chicken is done use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-size pieces.
- To freeze, place shredded meat into freezer bags with the juices. Press out all the air and seal.
