Veggie Pizza

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough (large can)
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2/3 package Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 - 8oz cream cheese, softened


1. Place crescent dough on cookie sheet - piece edges together where needed. Bake according to package directions. Let cool.

2. In a bowl mix mayo, ranch dressing, and cream cheese. Spread mixture on dough (when dough is cool).

3. Cut florets from broccoli and cauliflower; chop red pepper and place on cheese spread. Use spatula to press veggies to the cheese spread.

4. Sprinkle on cheddar cheese. Chill overnight. Serve cold.
